Salary: NZD $15,000 a year + commission

This remote-working, part-time role requires a commitment of just 10 hours per week and offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people across New Zealand.

As the New Zealand Youth Volunteering Coordinator, you will support our volunteer recruitment efforts within New Zealand and help coordinate our international hosting programme. Responsibilities:

Promoting NVW international volunteering placements to young people across New Zealand by visiting secondary schools and delivering engaging talks and presentations.
Serving as the primary point of contact for school careers advisors, building strong relationships and providing detailed information about volunteering opportunities.
Responding promptly to enquiries from potential applicants.
Working closely with our UK-based NZ Programme Manager to support our international volunteer programme in New Zealand.
Visiting NVW international volunteers at outdoor camps and schools in New Zealand to provide support, monitor their progress, and gather feedback for our team.

You will report to both the Marketing and Communications Manager and the New Zealand Programme Manager, participating in weekly progress calls to discuss your activities and initiatives.
