Salary: AUD $16,000 a year + commission

As the Australia Youth Volunteering Coordinator, you will support our volunteer recruitment efforts within Australia and help coordinate our international hosting programme. Responsibilities:

Promoting NVW international volunteering placements to young people across Australia by visiting secondary schools and delivering engaging talks and presentations.
Serving as the primary point of contact for school careers advisors, building strong relationships and providing detailed information about volunteering opportunities.
Responding promptly to enquiries from potential applicants.
Working closely with our UK-based Australia Programme Manager to support our international volunteer programme in Australia.
Visiting NVW international volunteers at outdoor camps and schools in Australia to provide support, monitor their progress, and gather feedback for our team.

You will report to both the Recruitment Manager and the Australia Programme Manager, participating in weekly progress calls to discuss your activities and initiatives.
